Between The Lines approached us to transform their website into a lively brand that could increase engagement with their customers. We developed a new architecture for their pages that made it easier to find information, created a customizable event calendar to give them more control over pricing, and automated workflows that cut hours of manual labor.

The Redesign

BTL’s website was difficult to navigate and had a lot of manual processes to get things done. Along with creating a modern design, we improved their navigation and created templates to automate event registration. These two enhancements decreased the amount of time that users spend finding what they need and saved the business hours of time per week on events.

Dynamic page templates for BTL’s instructors and athletes that can be updated in bulk using a spreadsheet. Creating efficiencies by reducing hours of manual entry.

Live rankings area with filters and sorting. Each of the athletes’ names link to their profile page with more detailed information.

Using a combination of custom fields and dynamic forms, we created a list of events that automatically update as new events are added and ended. A single registration form is used that changes based on the event information.
